The People Partner role at ElevenLabs is designed to enhance the performance and culture of the Revenue organization across North America and LATAM. The successful candidate will engage with leadership to address challenges, facilitate team dynamics, and support organizational design as the company scales from 1,000 to 4,000 employees. Essential responsibilities include conducting 1:1 sessions with leads, guiding through performance reviews, and aligning with Employee Relations on sensitive issu
